eBaoCloud Policyholder App General is a well-designed mobile H5 app which includes full customer policy self-servicing aspects such as quotation, proposal, endorsement, query, online claim reporting as well as account management. A lot of pre-defined and configurable business rules are embedded to automate the process as much as possible.
Clients or agents can register accounts, analyze financial needs, select products, make inquiries, make proposals, view benefits display, insure online, view orders, insurance policies, customer service and claims through mobile applications.
