eBaoTech appoints Roger Jiang, a former senior executive from HP and IBM, as the General Manager of its Global Delivery Center

eBaoTech is pleased to announce that Roger Jiang has joined the company as its Senior Corporate Vice President and General Manager of eBaoTech Global Delivery Center. Roger Jiang will manage the overall operations of eBaoTech’s Global Delivery Center and work closely with the regional offices and Research & Development Center to deliver high quality project implementations and superior services to its clients worldwide. eBaoTech’s Global Delivery Center is responsible for the implementation of all projects for coding-based tasks, the maintenance work of all production sites and focusing on offsite activities. Roger will report to eBaoTech’s Chief Executive Officer Woody Mo.

Prior to joining eBaoTech, Roger managed large scale global delivery centers at HP and IBM, with staff of over 1000 people, serving global clients across many industries. He has over 16 years of software engineering, consulting, and management experience, spending 14 years at HP and 2 years at IBM. He holds an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a Master’s Degree of Engineering and Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
