AdmiralDirekt.de has assigned eBaoTech Europe with the supporting of its continuous development of a policy administration and claims management system for motor insurance in Germany. AdmiralDirekt.de, founded at the beginning of 2007, is the German subsidiary of the third largest motor insurer in the UK.
Within this assignment, eBaoTech Europe will deliver services supporting the design of effective business processes and the necessary IT requirements for an efficient direct operation. This specifically applies to the “new electronic cover note”, “tele-claims notice”, “proactive claims management” and to process automation in general.
