GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the Site Terms shall be governed by laws of the People’s Republic of China, and shall be submitted to and settled by arbitration in Shanghai Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then in effect arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
