eBaoTech Corporation has been awarded “China’s Top Employers 2010” certification by independent organization CRF Institute at China’s Top Employers™ 2010 Award Ceremony and Summit Forum held in Shanghai on December 17, 2009.

CRF Top Employer Project is one of the most influential HR certification programs in the world and it is widely conducted in China. Candidate companies are required to fill in a Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey on HR policy and practices. The organization’s (HR) Management and employees were invited to take part in the interviews with CRF’s editorial team of HR business journalists, followed with an additional audit to check specific answers to the questionnaire to capture the heartbeat of the organization. Other twenty-four firms receiving the “China’s Top Employers 2010” award include Bayer Group in Greater China, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Dow Chemical (China), Ernst & Young, PepsiCo China, Shanghai Volkswagen.

Receiving the China’s Top Employers 2010 certification proves eBaoTech’s achievements in the areas of company culture, pay and benefits, working conditions, training and development, career development and innovation.
