<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform the HLD (high-level design) documents based on BSD;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform the LLD (low-level design) and coding;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform level one issue support, onsite in client office;</li>
<li>Communicating with client user and BA/IT team for issue clarification, follow up and requirement discussion;</li>
<li>Perform issue root cause analysis, fixing and fix validation;</li>
<li>Support monthly production deployment and on-demand hotfix;</li>
<li>Able collect demand and wish list from business user and feedback to BA lead or AA.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience and Knowledge:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree or above, computer science related major;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Master Java language and Object Oriented design methodology, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, etc. J2EE framework;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Chinese speaking(Mandarin or Cantonese) is a must;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Family with different software implement model, Agile, Waterfall etc.；&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand relationship database theory, having Oracle programming experience;&nbsp;</li>
<li>At least 2 years hands-on commercial application software development experience and no less than 2 middle-scale or large-scale software projects development experience;&nbsp;</li>
<li>WebLogic, OracleAS and WebSphere platform developing experience are preferred;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with Analyzing and Designing of Insurance Application is a plus;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with application maintenance service process is a plus;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Good communication skill, quick learning ability and team spirit is preferred.</li>
