| Responsibilities |
- Further develop standard Data Conversion approach and related tools for eBaoTech Systems;
- Define data conversion scope and approach with senior management of our clients;
- Responsible to lead major data conversion projects and cover the Data Conversion Scope Definition, Strategy, Detailed Requirement Phase, Mapping and Script Generation, Data Quality Investigation & Data Cleansing, Test Runs and Cut-over and other areas;
- Lead team of data conversion experts.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor degree or above, computer science related major;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (an additional language is an advantage);
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience with above 3 years in data conversion; Experience in insurance or finance sector a plus;
- Experiences in data quality measurement, data cleansing, data mapping and data conversion testing are required;
- Experience with relational databases is a must (either Oracle or DB2);
- Well understand business needs of data conversion as well as IT;
- Ability to clearly recognize risks and take up actions;
- Strong communication skills, analysis skills and project management skills (track record of successful done data conversion as data conversion manager or project manager).
