ACE Life has selected eBaoTech LifeSystem as the core policy administration system for their new businesses in Vietnam and Taiwan. ACE Life Vietnam opened for business in September, 2005. ACE Life Taiwan opened in late 2005. The flexibility of the eBaoTech LifeSystem has provided ACE with a strategic advantage in starting up new businesses. Fortis Insurance International has bought several licences of LifeSystem and GeneralSystem for use in Europe. The first LifeSystem installation in Russia went live on January 4, 2007. Poland implementation is currently underway. Fortis Insurance International is planning to deploy eBaoTech platforms in multiple European markets, where it wishes to establish new operations or where it wants to launch new lines of business, supporting true end-to-end processing on eBaoTech's modern web-based policy administration systems.

Zurich Financial Services Group, a leading global insurance company, has selected eBaoTech GeneralSystem as the core insurance system for their new general insurance business in China.

Zurich Insurance Company, a member of Zurich Financial Services Group, has been granted a business license to establish a general insurance branch in Beijing by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC), after receiving approval from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC). Zurich Insurance Company is the first foreign insurer to have been granted a license to establish a general insurance branch in Beijing.

The system has passed inspection by CIRC. The new architecture model and flexibility of eBaoTech GeneralSystem will provide Zurich a strategic advantage in starting up the new business.

Prudential Services Asia selected eBaoTech LifeSystem to support their Accident and Health insurance business in Malaysia and Thailand. Malaysia installation went live in March 2006 and Thailand installation in August 2006. Furthermore, eBaoTech will implement campaign management functionality for Prudential as a standalone system in the countries supervised by Prudential Asia.

Our first installation of eBaoTech GeneralSystem's AgentOffice Sub-System, which is named Sales Force Support System (SFSS), successfully went live on August 28, 2006 for Chubb's China based Insurance operations. [Chubb] Federal Insurance Company has branch operations in Shanghai.

The flexible web-based system will provide Chubb with the advantages of capturing all customer related data and generating agent production reports to support sales activity management. This is viewed as a key enabler of success for business unit management in China.

The Swiss Life Group is one of Europe's leading providers of pension and life insurance products and Switzerland's largest life insurer. The Swiss Life Group employs a staff of around 10,000 people. Swiss Life (Liechtenstein) has gone live on June 13, 2005 with eBaoTech's LifeSystem installation specifically tailored for wealth management life insurance products. After only 9 months of implementation time, Swiss Life has launched its new Liechtenstein-based life insurance business on LifeSystem, a web-based policy administration system developed in J2EE and running on an Oracle database. With this installation, Swiss Life Liechtenstein is running on one of the most modern platforms currently available in the market.

The entire insurance operation of Swiss Life Liechtenstein is using LifeSystem and most of its modules, supporting all insurance process from new business through customer service, commission, scanning and archiving and claims. A specific feature of this installation is the full support of all interactions with depository institutes for asset tracking and additional contributions, marrying the insurance functionalities of LifeSystem with the asset management functionality required for these high-end structured insurance products.
