Our Software Products
eBaoTech offers a variety of software solutions for insurance operations and management, with a modular approach using service-oriented architecture frameworks. Our product line includes solutions for general (property & casualty), life, group life, and asset management insurers. We offer both comprehensive software suites as well as best-of-breed standalone software components to match our clients’ software needs.
Our general insurance product line for property & casualty insurers and reinsurers includes the all-in-one comprehensive eBaoTech® GeneralSystem Suite, and standalone components such as eBaoTech SalesPlatform, Claims and others. eBaoTech’s general insurance solutions support all mainstream products, including motor, home, personal accident, travel, property, casualty, marine, engineering, and bond. The product line supports both traditional channels such as broker and agency, and emerging channels such as direct sale, web affinity etc.
Our life insurance product line consists of our all-in-one comprehensive eBaoTech® LifeSystem Suite, and standalone components such as eBaoTech SalesPlatform, Claims and others. We also have specialized product suites, eBaoTech® GroupLife and eBaoTech® AssetLink on the same architecture as the LifeSystem Suite.
eBaoTech® SalesPlatform is a best-of-breed front-end system to address multi-distribution needs, providing a modern platform to support rapid business growth, for both life insurance and non-life insurance.
Our entire product line is multi-language, multi-currency and multi-entity-on-a-single-instance deployable for global markets.
We offer our software solutions both as a product to be installed and maintained by our insurer customers on their own IT infrastructure, and as Software as a Service (SaaS) where eBaoTech hosts and maintains the software on our IT infrastructure, enabling customers to implement the software without the need for additional onsite technical resources.
Technical Overview
All eBaoTech software suites and standalone modules are based on N-tiered Java EE technology and Service-Oriented Architecture with modular components and rules-based automatic processing. Insurance products and process workflows can be configured through a graphical user interface, which is also configurable by the client using a visual editor.
