Woody Mo
President and Chief Executive Officer
Woody Mo has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eBaoTech Corporation since co-founding the company in 2000. As one of the founders, Woody has been instrumental in defining the company’s vision, mission and strategy. He successfully led the drive to acquire the people and build the organizational structure to execute rapid growth across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Prior to co-founding eBaoTech, Woody worked for five years at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. Woody focused on the financial services and technology sectors, and provided consulting services to leading insurance and technology companies in Asia.
Before McKinsey, Woody worked for four years at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center as a leading scientist in the field of surface science. Woody’s publications include articles in Science Magazine and Physical Review Letters.
Woody earned a doctoral degree in physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His Ph.D. thesis received the Wayne B. Nottingham Prize in 1990 for the best Ph.D. thesis in surface science of the year. Woody received his master of science and bachelor of science degrees from Zhongshan University in Guangzhou, China.

Andy Wang
Managing Director and General Manager, the Americas Division
Andy Wang co-founded eBaoTech Corporation in 2000. As general manager of the Americas division, Andy is responsible for overall operations in the Americas, including business development, project implementation, partner enablement and client relationships.
Andy has held various management responsibilities at eBaoTech. In 2010, he spearheaded the establishment of eBaoTech's Global Delivery Center and led efforts to standardize and improve software implementation processes. In 2009, he established eBaoTech’s operations in the Americas region. From 2007 to 2008, Andy led the Global Accounts Division to serve multinational key accounts and eBaoTech's growth outside Asia. Prior to that role, he led the establishment of the eBaoTech GeneralSystem Business Unit, which laid the foundation for eBaoTech's rapid growth in the Property & Casualty insurance software market.
Before joining the eBaoTech founding team, Andy worked at McKinsey & Company as a senior consultant from 1997 to 1999, where he served clients in financial services, transportation, and fast moving consumer goods industries both in China and abroad.
Andy has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Foreign Affairs Academy in Beijing. Andy’s hobbies include golf, movies, and early stage angel investment in technology companies.
Jason Bissell
Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Jason Bissell joined eBaoTech in May 2013. He is responsible for eBaoTech’s global sales, pre-sales and marketing.
During the past 19 years, Jason has led organizations in hyper growth companies, including 6 years with Business Objects and 7 years with QlikTech in both the UK and Asia Pacific. Most recently Jason was VP of International Markets for Birst, a cloud based analytics vendor, where he established their business operations in EMEA and Asia from scratch.
Jason is a devoted husband and father of three. When he finds time, he enjoys running and has clocked up marathons in three continents.
Weiliang Le
Chief Technology Officer, Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager, Research & Development Division
Weiliang Le joined eBaoTech in July 2010. As chief technology officer and senior vice president, Weiliang oversees all research and product development at eBaoTech. Weiliang also leads the task force responsible for optimizing eBaoTech’s software engineering processes.
Before joining eBaoTech, Weiliang worked for many years as senior leader of product development in several leading software companies such as SAP and Business Objects. He was Vice President of Engineering at SAP and Managing Director of the Business Objects Shanghai Development Center. He spent five years in Shanghai setting up the SAP Business Objects Shanghai Development Center, and developed it into a successful operation.
Weiliang holds a doctoral degree from Xian Jiao Tong University in China. He is an adjunct professor at Tongji University and Xian Jiaotong University in China.

Roger Jiang
Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Delivery Center
Roger Jiang joined eBaoTech in May 2011. He is responsible for the overall operations of eBaoTech’s Global Delivery Center, where he works closely with the Research & Development Center and regional offices to deliver high quality project implementations and superior services to clients worldwide.
Prior to joining eBaoTech, Roger managed the large scale global delivery centers at HP and IBM, with staff of over 1000 people serving global clients across many industries. Roger has over 16 years of software engineering, consulting, and management experience. At IBM, he was responsible for providing industry solutions and application services to enterprise customers from IBM’s global delivery center in China. During his 14 years at HP, Roger held several roles in HP Services’ Global Delivery China Center. Roger has broad experience in SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse and Application Testing practices.
Roger holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School and a Master of Science in engineering and computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
